Job Description

1. Tertiary Institution Representative Manager
Responsibilities: The tertiary institution representative manager is primarily responsible for recruiting & coordinating the activities of the class representatives within the institution they manage. They are also responsible for following up with class reps regularly to ensure that they meet-up with the agreed targets for their class.

More of their responsibilities are given below:
- Search for and register new class representatives for the tertiary institutions.
- Maintain rapport with new and existing class representatives, and follow-up with them to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sign-up and paid program enrollment goals.
- Coordinate departmental giveaways and work with the department representatives to ensure that it is properly utilised to our interest and dispatched appropriately.
- Target number of students to enrol in two programs (beginner and intermediate levels): 40% of total number of students in the class per session.

2. Local Government NYSC Representative Manager
Responsibilities: The Local Government NYSC representative manager is primarily responsible for recruiting & coordinating the activities of the NYSC representatives within the local government they manage. They are also responsible for following up with the NYSC representatives regularly to ensure that they meet-up with the agreed targets.

More of their responsibilities are given below:
- Search for and register new NYSC representatives per stream within the local government areas they manage.
- Maintain rapport with new and existing NYSC representatives, and follow-up with them to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sign-up and paid program enrollment goals.
- Coordinate stream giveaways and work with the stream representatives to ensure that it is properly utilised to our interest and dispatched appropriately.
- Target number of corpers to enrol in two programs (beginner and intermediate levels): 40% of total number of corpers per stream.
