Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of AceRoyal Estate, driving revenue growth, and leading a team of sales professionals. You will manage sales strategies, ensure client satisfaction, and help grow the business within the competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to drive growth.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Oversee negotiations, contracts, and closings to ensure smooth transactions.
- Train and mentor sales staff, offering guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
- Attend networking events and represent the company in key meetings and industry conferences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and work with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Real Estate License (preferred but not required).
