2. Vetting and background check of potential guards
3. Training of guards .
4. Deployment of guards
5. Supervision of guards
6. Sourcing for potentials
7. Ensure that the company "s image is protected and create a harmious relationship with clients
8. Relate with management on aregular basis any feedback that will position growth of the company.
9 Employee is also required to keep the records of all the guards under hi supervision
10. Employee must ensure that the guard they are posting MUST have the approval of the HR.
