Job Description

Job Summary
A Pharmaceutical wholesale distributor is looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify products, process customers list and help purchase products. Duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. Providing high class customer service, increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Sales Officer Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers
Manage point-of-sale processes, picking and invoicing
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Provide customers with information about items
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Provide customers with information about items.
Elevate complaints to management.
Follow all companies policies and procedures

SALES OFFICER REQUIREMENTS:
• OND, HND
• Minimum of 2 year work experience in Sales , customer relation in a Retail or Pharmacy
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
•Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba , Yaba is very important.
Salary:
