Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving profitability, while maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the restaurant and compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring a motivated, well-organized team. Conduct regular performance evaluations and handle scheduling.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered. Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and promptness.
Financial Management: Manage the restaurant’s budget, monitor inventory, control costs (labor, food, and beverages), and maximize profitability.
Menu Management: Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update the menu, ensuring quality and variety while maintaining food cost goals.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that the restaurant adheres to food safety regulations and maintains a clean, sanitary environment at all times.
Marketing and Promotions: Work with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract new customers, including promotions, special events, and social media campaigns.
Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of quality products.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of restaurant management software (POS systems).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Minimum of [2] years of experience in restaurant management or a related role.
