Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Renumeration: ₦150,000 - ₦200,000
Job Description:
The Food and Beverage Manager will manage all food and beverage operations, ensuring a superior dining experience and efficient service. This role includes overseeing menu planning, ordering supplies, supervising the team, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards while managing financial aspects of the operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee all aspects of food and beverage service to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Plan, update, and optimize the menu in collaboration with chefs, ensuring it aligns with customer preferences and market trends.
Supervise food and beverage staff, providing training and support to maintain service excellence and compliance with company standards.
Maintain stock levels, place orders for ingredients and supplies, and ensure timely inventory replenishment.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Address customer complaints and feedback, maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.
Monitor budgets and financial aspects, including cost control, profit margins, and revenue generation.
Evaluate and improve operations, identifying areas for efficiency and quality enhancement.
Job Requirement:
B.Sc./ H.N.D in Hospitality management or any field
Proven experience in a similar food and beverage management role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Solid leadership and communication abilities, capable of managing a team effectively under pressure.
Knowledge of financial management in food and beverage operations, including budgeting and cost control.
Relevant certification or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
