The Store Manager is responsible to oversee the daily operations of a fashion retail store. This role includes managing staff, optimizing sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
Address customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
Foster a welcoming and engaging shopping environment.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
