Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Maintain, implement and troubleshoot networks
* Design and support network systems and infrastructure
* Configure and operate routers and switches
* Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis
* Complete in-home consultation and assessment
* Activating and upgrading systems with enhanced technology
* Perform activation of equipment: (Cameras(interior &exterior) Security hardware e.g door/window sensor, motion detectors, touch screen panels, IOT and Smart Home devices
* Complete customer on-boarding and education of key products and services
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
*Minimum 4 years of proven experience with IOT, network administration and information systems
*Knowledge of IP networking and systems
* Tech savvy
