Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering:

Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to gather and document CRM requirements.
Conduct business process analysis to align CRM functionality with organizational needs.
Solution Design:

Design functional solutions in Dynamics CRM, customizing the platform to meet specific client needs.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional designs are implementable.
System Configuration:

Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including fields, forms, workflows, and entities.
Set up dashboards, reports, and workflows to improve user productivity and data insights.
Testing & Validation:

Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Validate system performance and adherence to client requirements.
Training & Documentation:

Develop training materials and provide user training to ensure successful adoption of the system.
Maintain clear documentation of customizations, system configurations, and business processes.
Support & Maintenance:

Provide ongoing support for users post-implementation, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
Coordinate with the IT and support teams for upgrades, system maintenance, and enhancements.
Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a liaison between clients, project teams, and technical developers to ensure project success.
Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and address concerns or changes in requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (at least 1-3 years).
Strong understanding of CRM principles, practices, and functionalities.
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
Proficient in CRM customization, including workflows, plugins, and integration.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Salary:
200.000,00 NGN Monthly
