Job Role: General Manager/Managing Director (Pharmaceutical industries)
Location: Lagos

Job Description
·Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
· Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.
·Ensure compliance with site standard Policies and Procedures are implemented and followed as per policy and procedure.
·Ensure that cGMP, Quality, Health, and Safety processes are adhered to in all aspects of role
· Ensure the cost of production does not exit the budget, identify the proper root cause if it exits, and control the same. Routine review is put in place to review and control the cost of production.
· Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and product improvement.
· Develop a strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, making assumptions, and recommending objectives.
· Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.
· Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies
· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
· Prior experience in senior management positions (GM, CEO, CCO) would be an added advantage
· Excellent command of English.
