Job Description

Policies & Process Development- Develop and implement HR policies and processes
Carry out staff recruitment
Develop and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess staff KNOWLEDGE GAPS to develop, implement and monitor LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT programs
TALENT MANAGEMENT- TALENT IDENTIFICATION, RETENTION and leadership development.
Develop staff career plans and mentoring programs
Develop and implement pay plans and benefits program based on industry standard AND ALSO PAYROLL MANAGEMENT
HR Strategies- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies in alignment with the overall business strategy.
Manpower Planning- Develop and implement a system to optimize staffing requirement to match productivity within the organization.
Succession Planning- Identify and develop key talents to ensure continuity of critical roles within the organization.
Recognition & Reward- Design and implement recognition programs
Legal compliance- Ensure policies and process comply with legal regulations.
Salary:
150.000,00 NGN Monthly
