Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized HR Officer to manage our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement HR strategies and policies
2. Recruit, train, and develop employees
3. Manage employee relations and conflicts
4. Administer benefits and compensation
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
6. Maintain accurate HR records and reports
7. Collaborate with management on HR initiatives

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
2. 2+ years of HR experience
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality
6. Microsoft Office

Desirable Qualifications

1. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD or CIPM)
2. Experience with performance management and talent development
3. Familiarity with [specific HR software]
