Job Description

• Operating deep fryers to cook various food items, such as french fries, chicken, and onion rings.
• Maintaining the proper temperature of the fryer to ensure food is cooked thoroughly and evenly.
• Ensuring the quality of fried food by monitoring cooking times and checking for doneness.
• Cleaning and maintaining the fryer and surrounding equipment to prevent food contamination and ensure proper functioning.
