Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic business development executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities.
This role requires someone with a strong background in B2B sales who is skilled in using email, phone, and other communication tools to engage with potential clients.
potential candidate would be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote our products and services, pitching to potential clients, delivering impactful presentations, and representing our company at industry events and webinars.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. B2B Sales: Identify and target potential business clients, build relationships, and close sales to meet company revenue targets.
B. Pitching & Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs, ensuring clear communication of our value proposition.
C. Event Representation: Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences, showcasing our offerings and networking with potential clients and partners.
D. Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies, campaigns, and content that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
E. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
F. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
G. Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales activities, campaign performance, and client feedback, using insights to optimize future strategies.
H. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
I. Negotiation and Closing: negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners and close deals to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS
Revenue Growth: Contribute to the overall revenue growth of the firm through successful client acquisitions.
Lead Generation: Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Engagement: Maintain high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
Proposal Success Rate: Achieve a high success rate in proposal acceptance.
Close at least 1 Deal in your first month which is very important
STRATEGIC ACTIONS
Regular Updates: Provide daily updates to the CEO on lead generation activities, client interactions, and proposal statuses.
Proactive Planning: Identify potential market opportunities and plan strategies to approach new clients effectively.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and market developments.
Effective Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
What To Have
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with the use of Google Suite applications for areas like proposal writing, pitch decks, etc. CRM software (e.g., Folk CRM, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales automation tools.Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Corporate sales and Partnership in Nigeria is a must.
· Experienced in both retail direct sales and channel management.
· A consultative selling approach with demonstrated experience in marketing, HMO, Insurance, fitness or hospitality service field is mandatory.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills and a distinctive analytical and structured approach
· Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously.

Compensation
Salary: 150,000.
