Job Description
The Personal Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support, managing the executive's schedule, communications, and special projects. This role requires discretion, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Filter and prioritize communications for the CEO.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items from meetings.
Project Management: Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Research and Reporting: Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the CEO as needed.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all matters related to the CEO's office.
Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the CEO's office, including ordering supplies and coordinating office services.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of [X years] experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Skills:
