Job Description
We seek an experienced Tele sales Representative to join our Lagos-based team, focusing on customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have proven telephone sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone sales targeting the Nigerian market
- Promote betting and casino products to potential and existing customers
- Convert prospects into active customers using effective persuasion techniques
- Provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues professionally
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Maintain records of calls and sales to improve strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telephone sales (Nigerian market experience preferred)
- Prior experience in the betting and casino industry (advantageous)
- Solid background in cold sales
- Strong, persuasive communication skills in English
- Results-oriented and motivated by targets
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry-
- Customer insight and understanding of the betting and gaming industry
- Persistence and resilience in high-volume call environments
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Salary:
- ₦300,000.00 Monthly
