Job Description

AceRoyal Estates is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on our construction sites. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations. This includes supervising teams, coordinating activities, and liaising with contractors and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision & Management:
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure projects are executed as per project plans and timelines.
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and monitor work progress to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Ensure the site is well-organized and maintained, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage of materials.

- Team Coordination:
- Manage and coordinate the workforce on-site, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Conduct regular meetings with the construction team to review progress, address issues, and allocate resources effectively.
- Provide leadership and motivation to the site team, ensuring high productivity and morale.

- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure all team members are trained and updated on safety procedures.

- Project Scheduling & Reporting:
- Monitor project progress and report on status, highlighting any delays or issues to senior management.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Track material usage, coordinate deliveries, and manage inventory to prevent delays.

- Quality Control:
- Ensure that construction work meets quality standards, architectural plans, and local building codes.
- Address any technical issues or defects on-site promptly and ensure rectification.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high construction standards and identify potential risks.

- Liaison & Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact between contractors, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain clear communication with the project manager and report any changes or challenges that may affect the project timeline.
- Facilitate meetings between clients and the site team when necessary.

- Document & Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily site activities, workforce attendance, and material usage.
- Prepare reports on project progress and update project documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements by keeping necessary permits and licenses in place.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager in residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth understanding of construction materials, methods, and legal requirements.
- Ability to perform on-site inspections and resolve construction-related issues.
Salary:
