Job Description

Overview
The Lead Brand Designer is a visionary who will shape and drive the brand's visual identity across all platforms. This role requires a creative leader who can develop design concepts, create compelling visual stories, and ensure cohesive brand representation across digital and print media. The Lead Brand Designer will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to elevate the brand’s presence and create meaningful connections with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Development: Lead the design direction for the brand, ensuring a consistent and impactful visual identity that aligns with the company's values and mission.
Creative Direction: Develop and execute creative concepts for digital, print, social media, and product campaigns. Oversee the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to final execution.
Design Systems: Create and maintain brand guidelines, visual assets, templates, and design systems to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster growth, creativity, and skill development within the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to align design with strategic goals, ensuring that all brand assets contribute to a cohesive brand experience.
User-Centered Design: Advocate for the user experience, ensuring that designs are not only visually appealing but also functional, accessible, and engaging for the target audience.
Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, set priorities, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of all brand assets.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, and digital design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and other relevant software.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, layout, and typography.
Experience in creating and managing design systems and brand guidelines.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a design team, with experience in people management and mentorship.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively and work collaboratively.
Preferred Skills

Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to translate them into effective visual campaigns.
