Full Stack Tech Lead

Overview
The Full Stack Tech Lead will drive the development, architecture, and deployment of end-to-end web applications, leading a team of engineers and ensuring the technical success of projects. This role requires deep expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide and mentor a team toward creating scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications, ensuring best practices in code quality, scalability, and performance.
Architecture and Planning: Define and implement architectural standards, select tech stacks, and oversee system design to align with business requirements and scalability needs.
Team Management and Mentorship: Manage and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
Development and Coding: Contribute hands-on to coding in both front-end and back-end development as needed, ensuring high standards in both areas.
Quality Assurance: Establish automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems to maintain high code quality and system reliability.
Project Ownership: Take responsibility for technical project timelines, deliverables, and budget, managing risks and communicating status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in both front-end (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful API design.
Proven experience in leading a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable system design.
Preferred Skills

Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency with GraphQL, serverless architectures, or real-time technologies (WebSockets).
Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative agile environment.
Familiarity with data security best practices.
