Job Description
Position: Telemarketer
Remuneration: Between N80,000 - 150,000 naira monthly plus commission
We are looking to hire an experienced sales specialist to join our team. The selected applicant will be responsible for following up and converting aspiring students, corporate clients, and partners into leads. This role is remote, and as such, the ideal candidate must be experienced in online marketing lead generation and sales conversion.
Job Description:
Performing online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
Preparing and delivering engaging and confident presentations (both at a one-to-one level and on a much larger scale) about our company and its services.
Receive inbound and make outbound calls to sell our services; respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
Developing and implementing a systematic and efficient strategy to identify, acquire, and retain prospective clients, both individual and corporate.
Liaising for partnerships with business groups, universities, associations, chambers of commerce, associations, etc.
Ensure that all students receive the best possible learning experience, and take responsibility for addressing the learning needs of all students.
Developing and managing training schedules.
Communicating with customers via phone, e-mails, chats, and other platforms
Developing sales strategies and determining sales forecasts and projections.
Staying abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration and Related Courses
2-5 years of hands-on experience in online sales and telemarketing; experience in a digital marketing workspace is an added advantage
Persuasion skills and ability to convert leads via online communication
Worked in a target-based role and meet up with deadlines
Passionate and up-to-date with knowledge of cutting-edge marketing techniques.
Strong and confident communicator.
