Fullstack Developer and Software Consultant

As a Fullstack Developer and Software Consultant, you will work closely with our engineering team and stakeholders to provide expert guidance on software architecture, design, and development processes. You will be responsible for analyzing our current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and leading initiatives that improve our software's performance, scalability, and maintainability. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys problem-solving and collaborating with teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
System Design & Architecture:
Collaborate with internal teams to design scalable, robust, and maintainable software architectures. Review and optimize existing systems and workflows.
Code Reviews and Quality Assurance:
Conduct code reviews to ensure the highest standards of quality, security, and performance. Recommend improvements to existing codebases and implement strategies for clean, efficient code.
Research & Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Introduce new ideas and technologies that could enhance the team’s capabilities and improve overall software quality.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on [programming languages, C#, .NET, ASP.NET] and software development methodologies.
Proven experience designing and implementing software architectures for scalable, high-performance systems.
Experience in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to development teams.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
