Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to oversee our organization's technology infrastructure and lead the IT team. The IT Manager will ensure the seamless operation of IT systems, implement innovative technology solutions, and support the company’s strategic goals. This role involves managing IT projects, ensuring cybersecurity, and delivering reliable technical support across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

-IT Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement IT policies, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Plan and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

-System Management
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
Ensure the security, stability, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
Monitor and manage data storage, backup systems, and disaster recovery protocols.

-Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to achieve department goals.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

-Cybersecurity & Compliance
Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect sensitive company data.
Ensure compliance with relevant IT standards and regulations.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

-Technical Support
Provide timely resolution of IT issues to minimize downtime.
Oversee helpdesk operations and ensure user satisfaction.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software maintenance.

-Project Management
Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
Collaborate with other departments to support technology-driven initiatives.
Monitor progress, address challenges, and document project outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills
-Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

-Experience:
Minimum of 5-10years in IT roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.

Technical Skills:
-Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
-Proficiency in networking, database management, and cloud computing.
-Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and best practices.

Soft Skills:
-Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
-ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CCNA, or other relevant certifications.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
-System uptime percentage.
