Job Description
Location: Osapa London, Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-Time
Remuneration: #500,000 - #1,000,000 monthly.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Investment Manager to lead our efforts in sourcing and securing investments to drive our real estate and development projects. The Investment Manager will play a key role in attracting financial partners to fund key initiatives, such as title sponsorships for landed properties and investments in construction and development projects.
The ideal candidate has experience in investment management, strong networking skills, and a track record of successful fundraising in the real estate, finance, or construction industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Investment Sourcing and Relationship Management:
2. Identify and Manage relationships with potential investors, venture capitalists, HNIs and financial institutions.
3. Manage and Maintain a network of investors interested in real estate and land development projects.
4. Fundraising for Strategic Projects:
5. Lead efforts to secure title sponsorship investments for properties and attract funding for construction and development projects.
6. Understand the project, refine it if possible and then spearhead funding from Investors.
7. Proposal Development and Investor Pitching:
8. Prepare compelling investment proposals, financial models, and presentations tailored to each project, ensuring investors understand the potential returns and strategic benefits.
9. Conduct presentations and pitch sessions to communicate project values and financial projections.
10. Investment Strategy and Market Research:
11. Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and opportunities that align with the company’s objectives.
12. Portfolio and Relationship Management:
13. Manage relationships with current investors, providing regular updates on project progress and fostering future investment opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is a plus.
2. 5+ years of experience in investment management, real estate finance, or fundraising, ideally with a focus on construction or property development.
3. Proven success in securing investments for large-scale projects, with a strong network of industry contacts.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
5. Ability to develop detailed investment proposals, financial models, and presentations.
6. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis and due diligence.
8. Has an already existent portfolio for Investors, HNIs, etc.
