Job Description (Summary)
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the cornerstone of executive operations. You will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, schedules, and travel plans to maximize productivity and efficiency. You will also coordinate key meetings and events, prepare essential documents, and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Your efforts will streamline operations and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Calendar & Schedule Mastery:
Optimize the CEO's calendar, schedule, and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management and conflict resolution.
Coordinate and manage high-stakes meetings, appointments, and events, from preparation to follow-up.
Exceptional Documentation & Communication:
Craft and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with precision and clarity.
Safeguard confidential information, maintaining the highest standards of discretion and trust.
Streamlined Administrative Processes:
Innovate and implement effective administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Continuously improve procedures to support the CEO’s strategic goals.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including:
Board members: Orchestrate meetings, materials, and communications.
Investors: Develop and deliver updates, reports, and presentations.
Partners: Foster collaboration and resolve issues efficiently.
Strategic and Operational Support:
Provide comprehensive support on special projects and initiatives through:
Thorough research and insightful analysis.
Skilled project management.
Proactive stakeholder engagement.
Industry Insight & Awareness:
Stay ahead of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, offering valuable insights and recommendations to the CEO.
Collaborative Teamwork:
Work closely with senior leaders and teams to achieve business objectives, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Lead and coordinate special events, projects, and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior-level executives.
Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Basic knowledge of finance is required
Applicants would be required to undergo training for 1month before confirmation
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Budget: NGN 2.4M - 3.6 M Net Per Annum
