Position: Sales Team Lead
Industry: Consumer Finance

Job Description (Summary)
As the Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and overseeing a team dedicated to marketing and promoting the company’s financial products. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational abilities to facilitate the team’s professional growth while also meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective marketing strategies.
Team Coaching & Development:
• Mentor team members, helping them develop the skills needed to achieve goals and drive results.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and support individual growth through training and feedback.
Market & Drive Loan Sales:
• Actively market loan products to expand the portfolio while supporting the team in prospecting and client engagement.
• Supervise loan form documentation, managing the process through to disbursement.
Performance & Target Management:
• Set and monitor team goals, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Analyze market trends, offering insights to enhance product offerings and inform strategic adjustments.
Reporting & Compliance:
• Ensure regular reporting of team activities, outcomes, and client interactions.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Completion of NYSC.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within the financial sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with robust organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with a strong focus on team motivation and support.

150.000,00 NGN Monthly
