Job Description
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Reps (Canvassers). In this role, you will reach out to potential customers in the agricultural sector to introduce our farm products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct door-to-door canvassing in local areas to identify potential customers and promote our farm products.
• Share information about our products and their benefits with potential customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
• Keep track of customer interactions and follow-up actions in a simple reporting system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Qualification:
• OND in any relevant field
• Communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Aggressiveness, persistence, resiliency and commitment to providing the best customer service.
• Ability to establish rapport and build credibility via excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
