Job Description

Overview: The Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions
within MiCash Microfinance Cooperative. This role is essential for ensuring that office operations
run smoothly, with a focus on finance, customer service, and the teller section. The Administrative
Officer will manage the completion of all documentation and account balancing daily, ensuring
accuracy and efficiency in all administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all administrative tasks in the office, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently.
• Manage and coordinate financial activities, customer service operations, and teller activities.
• Ensure that all accounts are balanced daily and that all financial reports are accurate and
submitted on time.
• Handle customer documentation and correspondence, ensuring all paperwork is completed
accurately and promptly.
Salary:
70.000,00 NGN Monthly
