Job Description

recovery of loans. This role involves working closely with customers to guide them
through the loan application process and providing ongoing support during loan
repayment periods.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in understanding MiCash’s loan products and guide them
through the loan application process.
• Evaluate the financial status of loan applicants by reviewing credit histories
and financial documentation.
• Conduct field visits and interviews with customers to verify loan applications
and assess creditworthiness.
• Approve or reject loan applications based on risk assessment and MiCash’s
loan policies.
• Ensure that loan agreements are properly drafted, signed, and filed.
• Monitor loan repayments and follow up with clients who are late on
payments to avoid defaults.
• Work closely with the administrative office to ensure that all loans are
accurately recorded and that daily transactions are balanced.
