Job Description
LOCATION: Lagos ( V.I)
PAY: 102,000K ( 13TH MONTH, HMO, PENSION)
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Centre Agent to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently and professionally.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
• BSC only ( only 2;2 candidates)
• Must have completed NYSC
• Can speak Hausa/any other Nigerian Language
• Minimum of one year experience as a customer service or call centre agent
• Not older than 26 as at the time of application
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a professional environment
