Job Description
As our Administrative Assistant, you will:
Handle clerical and administrative tasks to keep the team organized and efficient.
Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and edit visuals and videos as needed.
Assist in scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Provide support for meetings, presentations, and research tasks.
Occasionally visit project sites to coordinate and assist with on-ground activities.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in administrative support or a related field.
Strong social media management and content creation skills (graphic design and video editing are a plus).
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Comfortable working remotely with occasional in-person visits.
