Software Project Cordinator

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management methodologies and software development life cycles, enabling them to effectively guide cross-functional teams towards successful project outcomes.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex project requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure that deliverables meet both client specifications and internal standards for quality and performance.
As a Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all phases of the project life cycle, from initial planning and requirements gathering to execution, monitoring, and closing. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of software projects related to logistics and supply chain operations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring adherence to established benchmarks.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project life cycle to minimize impact on deliverables and stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between technical teams, management, and external partners to ensure clarity of project goals and expectations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communication.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project progress and report on performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the software development field, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
Proven track record of managing large-scale software projects from inception to delivery.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools .
