Job Description
Job Title: Telemarketer
Location: Lagos
Salary: 100,000
Employment Type: Remote
Responsibilities
o Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, providing detailed information about our services.
o Identify and qualify leads, using persuasive communication to generate interest
o Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs
o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback using our CRM system.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to align telemarketing strategies with current campaigns and promotions.
o Continuously stay updated on industry trends,
o Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
o Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
o A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
o Must have a personal computer and a router
o 1-2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
o Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with a focus on closing sales and achieving targets.
o Ability to work independently
o Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
o Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
