Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Personal Assistant to Director at Carrillion Construction in Lagos. The Personal Assistant will provide executive administrative support, manage diaries, offer administrative assistance, and utilize clerical skills to assist the Director in their daily tasks.
Ø Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients
Ø Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately
Ø Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings, and appointments, and provide reminders
Ø Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
Ø Exceptional planning and time management skills
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ø Discretion and confidentiality
Ø Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Ø Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
Ø Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
Ø Help with daily time management
Ø Run errands as requested
Ø Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
Ø Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Ø Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports.
Ø Active listening and good communication skills

Qualifications
A First Class Bachelor's Degree or Distinction in HND in administration, Sociology, or any Discipline
Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Diary Management and Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Knowledge and experience with complex travel and flight itineraries, particularly international travel/hotel bookings
Excellent Diary Management with the ability to pre-empt and look ahead at all times
Essential experience in Microsoft Office- Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and experience in dealing with a demanding role and high-level workload
A candidate must stay within Lekki Lagos Island.
