Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify New Business Opportunities:
• Establish strong partnerships with OOH media providers.
• Onboard foreign and local media buyers and advertisers
• Drive user-base growth with value-based product offerings
• Revenue Growth & Performance Monitoring:
• Manage the end-to-end campaign implementation (Online and Offline)
• Generate leads and acquire new business accounts.
• Provide the highest level of knowledge-based driven service.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the OOH media booking platform to target audiences.
• Identify and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Analyze market trends and advertisers' needs to identify new business opportunities that align with the company’s growth strategy.
• Implement strategies that contribute directly to revenue growth through new partnerships and business opportunities.
• Explore new markets, products, or services that could enhance the company’s revenue streams and competitiveness.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competition, and opportunities for business expansion.
• Proficient with lead generation tools and CRMs
• Tech savvy and use of tech-driven business tools
• Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment
• Naturally curious, Mentally, a high performer keen on problem-solving

• Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams:
Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Between 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or sales.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of the OOH advertising landscape is a must and a plus.
