Job Brief:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy, proficient in software applications such as Corel Draw and MS Suite, and experienced in email marketing and social media management. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support while also engaging with our audience through various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Utilize Corel Draw for graphic design tasks as needed, including creating marketing materials and social media graphics.
* Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
* Engage with customers on social media platforms and respond to inquiries and comments.
* Help create and schedule social media content, and assist in executing social media strategies.
* Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.
Qualifications:
* A degree in any related field.
* Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
* Proficient in Corel Draw, and MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiar with email marketing tools.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦100,000
