Job Description (Summary)
The Van Sales Representative will drive sales and distribution of products, manage client accounts, and achieve assigned sales targets. Responsibilities include route planning, engaging customers, and providing exceptional service while representing the brand effectively.
Sales & Distribution
• Drive the sale of canned fruit juices and energy drinks across assigned routes.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Route Management & Customer Engagement
• Plan and navigate Lagos routes efficiently to maximize reach and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
Performance Tracking
• Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide regular feedback and reports on market trends and customer preferences.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the FMCG (Beverages) sector as a Van Sales Representative.
• Strong knowledge of Lagos routes.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate revenue.
Budget: NGN 108,000 Net P.A. (inclusive of driving allowance) + Sales Commission
