Job Description
The Content Place, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking a talented Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join our team. As a Social Media Manager/Content Creator, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining our clients' online presence across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting engaging captions, curating and generating compelling content, and managing multiple brand accounts.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple brand accounts across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
2. Content Creation: Research, conceptualize, and create original and engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice, target audience, and marketing objectives. This includes designing visual assets, creating videos, writing blog posts, and more.
3. Caption Generation: Develop creative and captivating captions that enhance the impact of social media posts and encourage audience engagement.
4. Brand Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop social media strategies that support brand awareness, lead generation, and overall marketing goals. Stay updated on industry trends and provide recommendations for innovative approaches.
5. Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster meaningful connections with the audience and drive community engagement.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rates, and website traffic. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
7. Social Media Strategy: Develop client-specific, goal-oriented social media strategies that align with the client's brand identity, target audience, and marketing objectives. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, audience preferences, and opportunities for growth.
8. Social Media Calendar: Create and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule across multiple platforms. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to plan campaigns, product launches, and other relevant events.
9. Brand Alignment: Ensure all social media posts, captions, and content align with the client's brand voice, values, and messaging. Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity and effectively communicate it through social media channels.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful management of social media accounts and content creation for various brands.
2. Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas. Demonstrated skills in storytelling, copywriting, and visual content creation.
3. Social Media Savviness: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their best practices, and emerging trends. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
4. Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt the brand's tone of voice as needed.
6. Brand Awareness: Understanding of brand building and the ability to create content that resonates with diverse target audiences.
7. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop client-focused social media strategies that align with business goals and drive results. Familiarity with social media metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
8. Brand Management: Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency across social media platforms. Proven experience in translating brand guidelines into compelling social media content.
