Job Description

Bilingual Administrative Officer (Chinese and English)
Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Bilingual Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong administrative and interpersonal skills. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including administrative support, translation, and communication with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
Manage and maintain accurate records and files.

Translation and Interpretation:
Translate documents and correspondence between Chinese and English.
Interpret during meetings and phone calls between Chinese and English-speaking parties.
Provide language support for client meetings, conferences, and other events.

Communication:
Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients and partners, both verbally and in writing.
Build and maintain positive relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
Respond to inquiries and requests from Chinese-speaking clients and partners in a timely and professional manner.

Other Duties as Assigned:
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:

Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
