Role Description U MUST HAVE AT LESS (5)years EXPERIENCE IN SOLAR POWER INVERTER SALES. Please don't submit your CV,if u do not meet up to this requirements. • You shall be responsible for the management, and training of the sales team, improving the overall sales ability of the team. • Will be responsible of striking business/sales deals with potential dealers of solar inverter and also liaise with companies for business deals. • Develop and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide satisfactory service, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Supervise the execution of the sales plan, ensure the completion of sales tasks, and be responsible for sales performance. • Market analysis and promotion: conduct market analysis and competitive situation research, develop marketing strategies, and enhance brand awareness and market share. • Responsible for sales contract signing, implementation, and follow-up, to ensure the implementation of the contract. • sales data report: collect and organize sales data regularly, report sales status to superiors, and make improvement suggestions. • identify customers, distributors, companies and facilitate transactions. • Coordinate with other departments: work closely with other departments of the company to ensure smooth progress of sales. Job Description

1. Responsible for the implementation of the company's recruitment program, including job demand analysis, recruitment channel management, resume screening and interview arrangements;
2.Manage recruitment channels, establish and maintain the talent pool.
3.Develop and optimize the company's human resource management system and process, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary management and other modules;
4.Organize and implement staff training programs to enhance the overall capability of the team;
5.Responsible for the handling of employee procedures such as entry, exit, and transfer and the management of employee files;
6.Pay attention to employee relations, solve internal conflicts of the team in time, and maintain a good corporate culture atmosphere;
7.Provide the company with advice related to labor law to ensure legal compliance;
8.Assisting the management to complete other HR related matters.
9.Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal system and follow up the application of appraisal results.
10.Responsible for the provision and analysis of salary accounting data to ensure the reasonable implementation of salary and benefit policies.
Salary:
200,00 NGN Monthly
