Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Actively sell all services to build volumes for the branch.
-Customer Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring new commercial clients to expand the customer
base.
-Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
-Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to
identify opportunities and threats.
-Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics to win new
business and increase revenue.
-Lead Generation: Generating leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking,
referrals, and marketing efforts.
-Sales Presentations: Delivering persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients,
showcasing how the company's offerings can meet their specific needs.
-Negotiation: Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
-Sales Reporting: Keeping detailed records of sales activities, tracking progress, and providing
regular sales reports to management.
-Customer Feedback: Gathering feedback from clients and using it to improve products, services,
and the overall sales process.
-Team Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues in marketing, customer support, and other
departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
-Adaptability: Being adaptable and open to change, as market conditions and customer
preferences may evolve over time.
-Continuous Learning: Staying up to date with industry best practices, sales techniques, and
product knowledge through training and professional development.

Qualifications and Experience:
-HND or BSc in related field
-Minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant work experience
-Proficiency in Import / Export procedure
-Good knowledge of Customs practices and tariff classification
-Good understanding of INCOTERMS
-Basic ICT and applications skill
-Comprehension of governments agencies procedures
Salary:
350.000,00 NGN Monthly
