Job Description
Location: Lagos
Job Summary:
To oversee the operations of multiple locations within a given geographic region. This role is responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve short and long-term goals, setting and meeting organizational objectives, and proactively addressing operational issues. Additionally, the Regional Manager must ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies. They may also be involved in sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Directing operations in all sites within the region
● Developing and executing regional business plans
● Growing sales and profits in the region
● Support in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing staff across the region
● Managing budgets and controlling costs
● Monitoring regional performance against goals
● Analyzing data and trends for improvement plan and execution
● Developing and implementing strategies to drive operations
● Managing relations with customers and business partners
● Keep to all regulatory and safety standard
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or HND
A minimum of five (5) years in operations management.
A very good operational and technical knowledge of various categories of battery-powered material handling equipment is a major advantage.
Must have managed substantial team of 100 personnel for not less than three (3) years.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Experience in problem solving and decision making
Experience in budgeting and financial control

- 350.000,00 NGN Monthly
