Job Description
From the data collected, ensure that the company products reaches the various customers, bars, canteens etc in the various sales area.
Outline the data with the Bulk Breakers or the nearest depot of the company for onward distribution to the end users of the products.
Create a template to monitor the sales activities in specialized area of operation.
Create a template for all customers on empties all returned to the designated area of collection center approved by the Regional Head of that Region.
Reconciliation of empties, payment amount etc. on daily basis and reconciliation account/ payment sent to the Regional Head, who consolidates such reconciliation and forward to the HQ.
Keeps records of daily transactions in the various sales area and renders such operational records to the appropriate management.
Other assignments/functions/responsibilities assigned to him/her from the appropriate management from time to time.
