Python Data Analyst

Job Summary:
ITCWorldwide is seeking a Python Data Analyst to support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics to optimize business processes, generate insights, and improve decision-making. This role requires expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualization, along with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities:
Extract, clean, and analyze data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other business systems.
Develop Python-based scripts and workflows for data processing and reporting automation.
Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends and anomalies.
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools.
Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, including SQL databases, CRM, ERP, and cloud platforms.
Apply statistical and machine learning techniques for predictive analytics.
Support stakeholders with data-driven insights to improve business performance.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reporting and analytics tasks.
Collaborate with Dynamics 365 developers, business analysts, and IT teams to optimize data management strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Scikit-learn).
Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing relational databases.
Hands-on experience with Power BI or other Microsoft analytics tools.
Understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP modules and their data structures.
Experience in ETL processes and data pipeline automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, etc.).
Background in AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics for business intelligence.
Understanding of business processes in sales, finance, or operations within Dynamics 365.
Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Data Analysis, or Dynamics 365.
