ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Community Manager, you will serve as the bridge between Havana Group's brands and its audience. You will build relationships, spark conversations, and create strategies that foster engagement and loyalty.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Community Engagement:
Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our communities across various brands.
Act as the primary point of contact for online and offline interactions with stakeholders.
Respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.
2. Content and Communication:
Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to create compelling content tailored to each brand's audience.
Host live sessions, webinars, and events to build trust and interaction within the community.
Monitor and report on community sentiment and feedback.
3. Brand Advocacy:
Represent Havana Group’s values and mission across all touchpoints.
Identify and engage with key influencers, partners, and stakeholders in the investment, media, and education sectors.
Cultivate relationships that enhance Havana Group's visibility and reputation.
4. Strategy and Analytics:
Analyze community engagement metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience as a Community Manager, preferably in diverse sectors like investment, PR, multimedia, or education.
Skills:
1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
3. Proven ability to manage and grow online communities.
