Job Description

This is a hybrid role

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Manage and oversee all social media accounts for Tribe Consult and its clients.
Content Creation & Strategy: Develop monthly content strategies and detailed content calendars.
Scheduling & Posting: Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Community Management: Engage with relevant audiences to increase brand visibility and interaction.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and align content performance with its audience engagement.

Qualifications
Candidate must reside on Lagos Island
One year experience with social media management or equivalent.

Key Competencies
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Attention to Detail: Ensure all aspects your work is up to the brand's standard and contribute to upscale the page.

Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues swiftly and professionally to maintain client's satisfaction.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to the demands of a fast-paced industry, including last minute changes.
