Finance Officer- Ikorodu

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations, provide financial insights, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries, and conduct financial analysis to provide insights on business performance.
Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, handle day-to-day accounting processes, and oversee general ledger entries.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor and analyze expenditures and revenues.
Taxation & Compliance: Ensure tax returns are filed on time and in compliance with applicable tax laws, and support internal and external audits.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability, and manage banking relationships and financial transactions.
Cost Control: Identify cost-cutting opportunities and implement efficiency measures, and track and analyze expenses to ensure they remain within budget.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related fields.
Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles, with expertise in financial reporting, tax filings, and audits.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime Gold), advanced Excel skills, accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), and understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, time management and prioritization skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
