Job Title: Flight Test Engineer
Job Description:
1. UAV Testing and Evaluation:
- Plan and execute flight test programs for UAV systems developed by the UAV ENGINEERS.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define test objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
2. Test Design and Documentation:
- Develop detailed test plans, including test cases, procedures, and data collection methods.
- Prepare flight test documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.
3. Data Collection and Analysis:
- Operate and monitor UAVs during flight tests, ensuring safety and data integrity.
- Collect and analyze flight data, including performance, system behavior, and operational parameters.
4. System Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve issues encountered during flight tests, working closely with engineering teams to address technical challenges.
5. Test Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive test reports, summarizing findings and providing recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate test results and findings to project stakeholders, including management and engineering teams.
6. Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all flight tests adhere to aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols.

Job Description:
1. UAV Operations:
- Operate UAV systems developed by Proforce Air Systems for various applications, including surveillance, data collection, and remote sensing.
2. Pre-flight Checks and Preparation:
- Perform pre-flight checks to ensure the airworthiness of UAVs and the functionality of onboard systems.
- Develop and execute mission plans, considering factors like airspace restrictions and weather conditions.
3. Mission Execution:
- Execute UAV missions, including takeoff, navigation, data collection, and landing.
- Monitor and control UAVs during flight
