Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visually stunning graphics for social media, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
Develop branding materials and ensure consistency with the company’s visual identity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design layouts that effectively communicate our message.
Videography:
Plan, shoot, and edit video content showcasing properties, company events, and client testimonials.
Create short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Ensure high-quality production standards, including lighting, sound, and editing.
Stay updated with industry trends to produce engaging and innovative video content.
Content Management:
Organize and manage a library of multimedia content for easy access and use.
Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand and goals.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a graphic designer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Familiarity with camera equipment and videography techniques.
Strong creative and storytelling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
