Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description (Summary)
The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals. This involves strategic planning, content creation, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strategy Development & Execution
• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
• Maintain the company’s presence across all digital platforms and measure results against KPIs.
• Brainstorm and implement innovative strategies for customer engagement and acquisition.
Lead Generation & Conversion
• Design and execute campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads.
• Optimize digital assets such as landing pages and advertisements for better conversion rates.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, nurture prospects, and report on acquisition rates.
Content Creation & Management
• Manage content production and distribution across websites, social media, and email newsletters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to create videos, blog posts, and motion graphics.
• Develop creative email campaigns that boost open rates, click-through rates, and subscriptions.
SEO & SEM
• Improve organic search rankings and website traffic using advanced SEO strategies.
• Manage PPC campaigns to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
• Leverage A/B testing and user funnel analysis to refine digital strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor performance metrics, including website traffic, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
• Generate reports for senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Analyze unsubscribe rates, open rates, and click-through rates to fine-tune strategies.
Budget Management
• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The performance of the Digital Marketing Manager will be measured by:
• Increased website traffic and improved search engine rankings.
• High-quality lead generation and conversion rates.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, or other digital marketing tools.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or luxury businesses.
• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end digital campaigns and generating measurable results.
• Demonstrated ability to increase website traffic and lead conversions.
• Familiarity with tools for tracking KPIs such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
• Understanding of web design principles and user experience optimization.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web development tools is a plus.
