Job Description
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be accountable for maximizing the corporate sales and volume of the company, apart from pushing sales, developing and implementing annual sales, monitoring the performance of the sales team, developing marketing plans, and delivering technical advice.
Responsibilities
· Establish Sales Channels: Build a healthy portfolio of partners/affiliates/agencies to drive account acquisition—creating revenue-generating partners.
· Manage and drive relationships with corporate clientele (existing and potential) in your city/region to enable growth and achieve revenue objectives.
· Identify and develop new markets in the region to drive the business targets of the region.
· Operational Efficiencies: Build, track, and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities.
· Achievement of overall sales of the region (including partners, commercial buildings, malls & corporates)
· Partnership Development: Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships with industry leaders, associations, and key stakeholders.
· Client Acquisition: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new clients.
· Sale/Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
· Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners. Ensure all proposals adhere to legal and compliance standards.
· Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with partners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Desired Experience and Qualifications
· Advanced degree in marketing, sales, or economics (or related courses)
· A minimum of 4 years’ experience in corporate sales and partnerships in Nigeria is a must.
· Experienced in both retail direct sales and channel management.
· A consultative selling approach with demonstrated experience in marketing, HMO, insurance, fitness, or the hospitality service field is mandatory.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills and a distinctive analytical and structured approach
· Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
· Build a complete end-customer solution with the assistance of presales and technical resources.
Compensation:
· Compensation: 300k based on target only and 8% commission
